• The academic year of the school is from June to April. Admissions to the Play School and Nursery are taken in January.
• Notification regarding admission shall be made in advance and the PROSPECTUS WITH ADMISSION FORM shall be available from the school office during prescribed hours. Admission Fee is not refundable.
• Forms shall be distrinuted on the norms of 'First come, first served'.

Requirements for Admission:

1. Date of birth certificate.
1. Copy of Aadhar Card
2. Baptism certificate from the parish (in case of Catholic children)
3. Attested Birth Certificate from the Nagarpalika/Gram Panchayat. (Given date of Birth shall not be changed on any account)
2. Transfer Cetificate from the school last attended.
3. A copy of Marksheet(Report Card) along with original, wherever applicable.
4. The child to be admitted must be accompanied by both the PARENTS.
5. Two copies of the recent stamp-size photographs of the child. (Two Stamp size photos are to be affixed on the admission form.)
6. Age: The Child to be admitted for Play School shall have completed 2 years in September.
7. The Child to be admitted for Nursery shall have completed 3 years in September.
8. The child who is admitted for admission shall interact with the Principal and the Teachers. The date of this interaction will be communicated in advance.
9. The presence of the parents of the student is compulsory, no representation will be accepted.
10. Documents required for admission are not returned.
11. Children brought for interaction shall be able to recongnize and recite English alphabet, recognize and recite Hindi alphabets, recognize and count numbers 1 to 50, recognize colours, flowers, animals, birds and fruits and answer questions smartly and intelligently.
12. The interest and availabilty of parents in helping the child will be specially counted in the selection of children for admission.
13. Fees once deposited will not be refunded. Cancellation of admission does not mean refunding of fees paid.
